anyone knows why suddenly I'm getting a window with the message VEHICLE NOT RESPONDING filled with XXXXXXX everytime I'm trying to access the diagnostic?
tryied reinstalling the software but i'm getting the same response

did you do a test in hardware settings? are the drivers installed?

yes i have checked. This is a windows 10 pro x64 laptop. the program run on this one without any problem but now it cannot do diagnostic.
