What can I say? Maybe your tool its not a real VCM2. Or its a bad quality one.

Hello, thank you very much for all cobntributions above. Finally, it proved the VCM II was poor qualitry clone. I tried the recovery procedure on another cloned VCM II and all went GOOD. So, I can confirm, the the Recovery procedure works if the VCM II clone is of good quality. Regards to all...
