xentry issue or car issue?

Hi i got fresh xentry year 2024 06 , its so fresh,
i am using bosch 6531 mts,
with can fd and doip baby.
it can read car no issues, i can clear codes no issues..
when i start my xentry i got this issue,
please see attached photo bellow.

also car had ad blue system and ad blue errors,
when i try to clear them they come back when i try to reset ad blue it cant... can the issue be my bosch since its passthru or car that have too many issues or my xentry version i got no clue car in question is cls 350 engine cdi, year 2016.
1st photo xentry issue when i start it message it doesnt matter what car is...  2nd picture is when i try to make clearing reset procedure on special functions on ad blue special funcions on xentry,  and last photo is what issues car have with ad blue i am using only xentry no vediamo or monaco.

Hi. Either car do not support the fuction you are using or xentry is missing the protocol to use to commuicate  with the fuction you are trying!

If you are trying to reset adblue by xentry than the adblue ecu is faulty. Also in some cases you need online access to do that by Xentry!

Regarding passthrue Interfaces I have noticed that they are limited. Not 100% But they do their work :)
