Problem with c4 clone

I am using Xentry 09 2023 with a C4 clone. In the LAN connection, I have set the IP and subnet mask as described in the network. However, when I connect the C4 to the PC, SDConnect shows a completely different IP for the LAN connection. What could be wrong? The operating system is Windows 10 64-bit. The serial number of the mux is 101044. I can remember that the C4 used to show number 21 when it was running with a 3018 version of Xentry. Now it only shows 00. I urgently need help. If you still need help i can take a look at your settings. If it shows 00 than its probebly set to factory settings. Try to reassign new settings in toolkit.
