Recently, my cloned SD Connect developed some problem. It looses it's configuration. On the laptop it shows "00" and there is no communication to the unit. SD Connect LED screen shows picture of tablet and cable icons. In past when this happened, I just updated firmware using well know procedure ( 6 AA batteries, LAN connection, Administration, configuration, Software Update .....) . After this, All works OK (LAN and WiFi) connection between laptop and the SDConnect, no problem, reads a car no problem ... but after short while it looses the configuration again to "00" and there is no communication. My Xentry version is 09.2019 which worked OK. I don't think this is software problem. Has anyone here have any useful comment on the matter? Thank you for reading.
