i can say or help how have windows xp tablet edition installed to avoid problems!
Must tweak the tablet editon to professional.

It is very Easy to install.
First you installl clip V147

After is all ok and all working with all drivers.....

Uninstall it.
Then install normaly the V149

Done

Just open it from desktop.
