Hmm. I tried to install v149 but it doesn't work. It doesn't place a shortcut to the desktop, and I'm just unable to open it anywhere. I went back to V145 which works fine again. Any suggestions?

I followed all the normal steps. I'm on W7. I'll try to install it on a WXP laptop now and see if that works any better. I'll report back how that went.

Me too. I tryed updates from 145 to 146,147, 149 but son't work. I went back to V145.

I upgraded from v148 to v149 in win xp sp3 tablet pc edition
I installed in other computer av149 in a fresh new win xp sp3 tablet pc edision
Not tried in win 7

You have to change the Compatibily mode for the desktop shortcut in windows 7! sorry my english is not very well! but you should have installed the programm in administrator mode Windows7

on win 7 32bit it should be a new installation with all win updates( after the new fully updated win 7 installation i used acronis to make a full recovery file so if i don't work so i only need about 10 minutes to recover win 7 instllation or you have to delete any former clip files as its written in the v3patch download in this forum ,first you have to use the regestry key taken from the v3patch than install clip v149 with admin rights(right click on setup.exe), pc reboot by it self ,after reboot click on ready but don't open clip software !!!!now take the rsrwinv3patch as its written in the info text if you are ready with the rsrwin change ...after this!!!!! (before you start clip software ...right click on clip desktopshortcut- prefereces -kompatibilty mod set on windows 7-apply ...after that enjoy clip software !!! by myself it works very well (sorry again my english is not so good) if you have any questions i will answer it again hope this will help you
