when etka is starting It asking for name and key, without that can not start .

I solve that problem but now I have this one.

When I start shortcut from desktop it starts ETKA 8.1 Loadre 0.8.5.0 algeni
ETKA 8.1 has been found at C:\ETKA\VWAU
ETKA 8.1 has been started … OK
Activate VIN files processing … OK
Deactivate the new enhanced interface … OK

and recive this

Beim Ansprechen des Hardlocks trat der Fehler 38 auf
