new xs evolution interface not working

Hello

I just bougt a brand new PSA interface with Diagbox v7.82 and i have a problem with connection to the car.I got installed diagbox version 7.82 and all drivers on my comp (windows xp 32 bit),i flash interface to version 4.3.3 but there is no connection.The green light is on but interface cant read vin number from car,even if i type it manualy there is no conection.I tried on several cars but no succes.Now i dont know what else to do to fix the problem..
Please help me...

Update....I have install diagbox v 6.01 on other computer,but the problem is the same....

Update....I have install diagbox v 6.01 on other computer,but the problem is the same....

The car i tried to diagnose is P308 year 2007 and it should work with Diagbox not pp2000

Hi,
If your interface is not reconized on device manager with USB com Board EVOLUTION driver, flash this one !
Either with the software method of NLC or either with the hardware method and SCARY files.

OK, but how is it recognized ???? what driver ?
Or if you want to test the functionnality of your interface, to instal LEXIA3 V45 (only) or PP2000V22 (only) for example and try a diagnostic on car.

Hi!

I just fix the problem....There were some bad connections inside interface....i went to electronic man he fix the connections,now work fine...
