where is the torrent file?

The disk images contain a lot of other languages but unfortunately it shows only ENG and RU on the installer (setup.exe). I changed the setup.ini and started with German but couldn't find some required files. Even when I install it with English the prices for the market isn't available (only RU).
Could somebody please prepare the full multilanguage version?
