need help in Renault can clip

hello my bro ,
need some of your great experience cause iam new into using can clip ,,, first thing i had noticed after i checked my car .
that vin for upc is like u see in attachment with no number ....

so what is the reason for that ?

and how can i fix it ??

the second thing i wanna know . i saw in one of service center they using the can clip with other brands of cars . like kia and Hyundai . how it could be done ??

and with which software they did ??

the last quest . is there is any other software or application i can use to diagnostic and reset and erase faults for my renault megan 2008 except the can clip software ?
but with the same dongle ?>>>>

dear friend usually the Renault cars does not have the vin code i mean if the ecu was change tan they write whatever they like so enter
programming ecu and write the vin code so click reprom and that is all for the kia and the hiundai there is any aditional software that can run with the can clip Greetings
