bmw ista how to see real mileage ?

hi today i was with bmw 1st series, year 2007 car is petrol engine 170 hp, automatic gearbox 6 speed, i scanned it for errors but i was not been able to find out where mileage is stored and specially how to see it...
i am attaching photo, i see all other stuff but not mileage i tried many ecu... i can see their hardware revision and many useless things.... such a terrible software ista.

One more time for the last time.
NOT all vehicle manufacturers post or display mileage in all controllers.
Some do and some don't.
IF you took the time to read the article, it is YOU that needs to look into the controller data / Saved data / Measured data / Live Data.

Should we all guess what device is being used with ISTA or is it a "secret"?
Best guess is J2534.
NOT all BMW / ISTA protocols are accepted with J2534 devices and manufacturer original software.

If ISTA is so useless, why bother using it?

hi i have read your article , i just cant understand bmw ista, where, exactly is live data for that specific car... i was not been able to find mileage. at all. in any ecu.
Yes j2534 device was used with ista,
i have established connection to vechicle, i have read all ecu and errors , but i cant find where mileage is stored in which ecu, and how to see it as well..
before few months,
i used ista and, on newer bmw year 2012 or something i was been able to see and read all ecu and live data and all mileage, but on this older , no such luck...
when i am pressed with 3-4 people and customers trust me using app to make screen shots is the last thing, i remember i am digging into ecu and searching for data , looking google, youtube whatever i can find, and still stuck, thats why i use my convience of my phone.Can you give me, anything specific regarding this bmw, 1st series petrol engine 170hp automatic gearbox 6hp, is it possible , mileage to be hidden in some menus or i dont know... have you ever done such car?

Did you look at Vehicle details? Everything about the vehicle is in that menu.

   

Mileage should be stored / recorded at the Instrument cluster [KOMBI], CAS and DME.

Look at this image, the "dot" between the km and 103 is called a "Tamper Dot" and indicates a mileage change or instrument cluster replacement or even LCM replacement if it is installed.

   

Live Data is accessed by clicking the controller in "Control unit tree".

You produce no screen captures and can not follow your intentions. You produce no screen videos either.

At least read the documents that have been supplied to you.

hi this is newer car, and if mileage is tempered, it shows there the tempered one, there is chinese tools which you can clock mileage and no dot will light on.
i already everything you write , i tried searching this car ecu and data but i cant find anything.... regarding mileage only other useless stuff.

If ISTA is so useless, why are you using it?
If ISTA is so useless, why are members and BMW dealers still using it?
If ISTA is so useless, why are professionals using the application world wide?
If ISTA is so useless, bring your version to a BMW dealer and ask if your version is that useless!
If ISTA is so useless, create a better application and I'll purchase it, maybe BMW will purchase your version!
