    Hello,
I just got a fiat punto 1.3 multijet with no oil pressure, As I see turbocharger and oil pump are new. When I take the oil filter out and crank the engine filter housing fills with oil, as soon as I stop cranking the oil runs back into the lower hole in the housing. I have attached the picture of the housing. My question is, is there supposed to be some kind of check valve on the lower hole.
Please help

check the valves well, surely one is broken and needs exchanger replacement

Check valve on the left seems to be good but should there be one in the bottom hole?
