Disable UAC settings Before run Patcher:
Disable UAC settings to "Never notify" -> Restart system -> Apply Patch or Undo -> Then, you could return UAC settings back.
It`s better to DISABLE idiotic Windows Defender too.
Patcher automatically detect system OS Type 64-bit or 86-bit .
How to use XENTRY OPENSHELL Patcher
1- Close Starkey Center
2- Run xentry Patcher , Patcher will run automatically as Administrator
3- Click on Patch Starkeycenter
4- Click on Patch XENTRY Activations
5- Click on FIX XENTRY Activations
6- Close Patcher
7- Run Starkey Center and Use Old Keygen for Xentry and DAS And WIS

Is this tool based on the same "StarInsecure" stuff which was previously shared by others ?

yes it's some based, but the "StarInsecure" is designed for windows xp only,
i just get authorization roles code from file "StarInsecure.dll" , and i added "api" system operation and i merge it with windows conhost to able work with windows 7 or 8 or 10

But how it is possible to have the same working perfect on 64 bit systems and not on 32 bit ones? Without any changes to it
