which platform do you use?can u give more details about the problem?

Does not accept the key, win8.1 X64
maybe I'm doing something wrong, is there more precise instruction for the patch?

1-Use the patch(click bat and vbs files) restart
2-rename starinsecure folder like starinsecure1 restart
3-change user account control settings to lowest
4-start starkeycenter as administrator and enter the key
it should work in windows7 x64 not sure about w8
