The Version of Autocom Delphi at download http://www.autoprofessionals.org/showthr...p?tid=2949 has the serial  100251..have you this message you have a another serial  maybe 30250 or another serial...thats the old vci..so you change the Installation.xml for you serial and works i have testet with these versions.....
