No valid authorization was found for xentry diagnostics (AppId =252/253)
Also, no HardwarMonitor.exe can be found.

Ok... I used 252.253_05.2015_Cracked.rar to rebuild disk1 + disk2.  Disk1 installed fine but disk2 errors out:
