i get Unknown LAN ID

i get Unknown LAN ID and no mac address /
How do I solve the problem?

go to my computer with right click - properties-device manger then uninstall all net work driver
after when you restrt you pc every thing will be ok

first step is right click go to my computer with right click - properties-device manger
than go to Show all hidding divices than you will find many networkadapter you dont Need.
uninstall all you dont Need they have light colour.
then restart.
i had the same Problem...
