elsawin 5.3 error selection locked no data

i have a problem when installing Elsawin. I have tried many many times: I tried in many different ways but at the end when I try to use Elsawin it says "Selection locked. Identify vehicle first".

It seems that it has installed no data but i did.

installed on windows 7 32 bit

it's a base language problem, try to change Elsa language via the menu to english or german

hello, sorry for the inconvenience !!!!information would be needed,i replaced hardisk and now i am installing elsawinwhen i get to version 5.0 it gives me this error as photo.i have windows 7 64bit.i installed 4.0 ok4.1 update ok5.0 koI tried NOT to knock out tonguesinstalled language ita, german, english, KOcan you help methank you so much
