Firmware Version: 1.96
Chip Edition: ATMEGA162 + FT232RL + L9637D + 16V8B
Is in English
My question is: you can use another version of VCDS with other languages
I would like this version VCDS-Release-14.10.2-SPA

Which should acer to use this version VCDS-Release-14.10.2-SPA

As it is your tool will works only with the VCDS version that it come.
If you wanna use it with other version or with other language then you need to reprogramm it and you need dumps. Dumps usually are not free shared or are very expencive.
In my opinion do not try other version that you have because you maybe will brick it

First of all I am asking you: Do you have dumps for what version do you need?
If yes then you need and external Programmer
Depending of your tool maybe you need skills in soldering/unsoldering smd components ( not in any cases )
If you don't have dumps then buy a new one.
Cheapest you buy cheapest you get. If you know what I mean
