Update:
I downloadet it now 4 Times, every Time was "Windows7x32-s004.vmdk" corrupt, Etka would not work with this error.

Other Time are Windows7x32-s001.vmdk, Windows7x32-s002.vmdk and Windows7x32-s004.vmdk corrupt, once Windows7x32-s004.vmdk and Windows7x32-s005.vmdk corrupt, but ever "Windows7x32-s004.vmdk" corrupt...

No chance :/
