Xentry 09 2014 question ?

Hi folks, i've got a question, which I can't seem to find & it's killing my tablet XP PC.

Basically I'm upgrading a 2011 version of DAS / Xentry to 09 2014...

All goes smoothly on DVD 1, all KG's work fine & it installs ok....

However, when the system reboots after DVD1, it all goes wrong...

The Grey Sd startup screen kills the resources on the PC ( I've learned how to kill this in the win folder )..

BUT, then i have the same problem, that when i mount DVD2, it KEEPS on telling me to install DVD1, which it has done !

Setup aborts...

I've uninstalled the symantec & my virus scan as this was killing the PC, but I still have to fight to even get the 2nd DVD loaded.

I've got 2GB of ram, but it runs at 100% until I kill off SD start-up ?

any help fellas would be appreciated !

hmmm....

well i got Xentry to install, just went to Xentry_frame & did the setup...

done after.bat & all is fine...


Xentry fires up ( oddly enough, I don't see the s/.w version 09.14 in the splash screen ), but all works fine.

Now just got to sort the DAS 18.0 fault & have Das Sim & Xentry Sim working again !




any pointers would be appreciated folks !!
