bmw ista gearbox adaptation f10 how to do it?

hello, i am stuck with bmw adaptation ,car recently had service  gearbox oil and filter was changed,
i have bmw ista software but without programming data and i am stuck, bmw ista gearbox adaptation f10 how to do it?

for car year 2014. bmw f10 , i need gearbox adaptation learning.
i will give you pictures... where i am stuck i dont see menu to continue and i dont know what to do. please check and zoom photo here

 i have vehicle communication i have vcx se doip, interface
i can read and clear error codes so no problem with car communication  i have tried watching youtube but i dont see menu to go next...  i found gearbox in   transmission control unit bhp      , i have tried both menus resetting adaptation functions and displayt and reset adaption values when i select value nothing to go next???
no menu..  on youtube there is next menu which i dont see.. i have watched a lot of videos but on my ista no such things...
please advice can it be ista software issue since i am lacking programming data or interface cable problem vcx se doip or something else ?

You post no scans, no fault codes, no data, no transmission version, no engine version and no clear screen images.

Did I not mention Anycapture Screen?

What transmission model? What engine model? This is a guess?

View the videos that may relate, reset the throttle and then reset the transmission adaptation.

You're other problem is not posting the solution or finished results.

hi from the picture all engine code and transmission is visible gearbox for n57 bmw 5 series is 8 speed zf autogearbox. On my ista these menus are gray and not active or i have done something wrong did you check my photos?

USE SCREEN CAPTURES, YOUR IMAGES MEAN NOTHING AND NOT CLEAR!

Go to:
Operations
Read Out Vehicle Data
Complete Identification .  Then the ABL should not be greyed out.
Allow the search to finish and load - giving it time to load the ABL to ungrey.

I use ISTA + and ISTA/D with a working version of Rheingold, INPA and DIS. (K+CAN with switch)
The preferred tool is iCOM with a power supply attached to the battery.

hi i just got, pictures, from my cellphone, you know me i am on tiny budget,
i have vxdiag, green tool what do you think of it?
and with ista i dont have programming data can this be the issue? i am missing impa. and dis as well.

INPA and DIS are for older models.
Programming is not required.

Follow the instructions for installation.
It works very good to capture screen images and it is FREE on this site.
The images can be posted directly in this forum.

I do not use vxdiag and cannot confirm that tools ability.

I use iCOM with ISTA + and ISTA/P with WiFi and LAN.
