No. The last one to support KTS was 2013.3 for diagnosis. All later versions are data and info only.

when I run esi2.exe I don't event see the licensing item in the top menu.
OS : Windows 7 64bits
Install : A1,A2, B1,B2,B3
Plz help me how I can get Licensing menu ?
