i gues it do not want to load/open ? had same problem just see i think it was/is marked "READ ONLY" right click properties untick the read only and apply

- ELM327 happens to be interface name, but of course i don't mean that... I mean is this version same that can be downloaded directly from elm327rus page ? named WINXP_RU etc.. WinXP OEM Russian with 14.3.2+wows... Or is this something else...
