Will someone please tell me how we use this file.. I just installed Xentry 12/2014 and I have a china made c3. I read that 12/14 is last version that will be supported with C3 but I don't know if I need this blacklist or how to use it. Thanks for the help.

09.2014 is the latest which full support part D (C3 mux)
You don't need this file...it's just for reference.
You'll need blacklist fix for your system instead.
