The best is to diagnose with xentry/das it can be downloaded for free from this forum.
If you have passthrue interface: download xentry passthrue, if you have oem or clone interface download xdos openshell xentry also found on the forum.
If only for 1 singel van than you can use Autocom. If you work with mercedes than I would recoomend the above:)
