DAS bin fixed files 2014/9 for Part D, Part D2 and Part T

fixed bin folder contains all needed bin folders for the various needs of 09.2014

D- use for the good quality clone

D2- use for the lesser quality clone that gives the cal 872 error with the D version.

T- for use with SDConnect.

fixed bin folder contains all needed bin folders for the various needs of 09.2014

To apply the fix in Part_D, I have to copy all the files and folders and replace the bin folder.

My question is that the Driver folder is empty, should I replace this too?
